the staff was nice, and i appreciated scales to weigh luggage were available.

the rooms seemed a little run down, i noticed cracking paint and water damage on the walls. accessing all of shinjuku wasn't in the best area either.

the room had a spacious layout perfect for 3 adults. we had 3 big luggages and the room accommodated them well. i loved the room and bathroom design. within a short walk are two jr stations and a supermarket right next door which was super convenient.

the wifi was very slow it hardly worked. it was constantly disconnecting which was not acceptable. the neighborhood felt a bit dirty compared to the rest of the country. i felt a little less safe there than in other areas.

The location was excellent with the metro station a short walk away. The family enjoyed the two toilets in our room. The washing machine was really handy . Free umbrella use was a nice touch. Daily new towels and water were provided.

The signage to find the hotel could be better. There's another building with similar name around the corner, so it was a bit confusing at first. You need to turn right to find the place.

The hotel features laundry services. This is really useful for longer stays. Dominio pizza is conveniently located downstairs for a quick meal. Guests also have quick access to the nearby train station.

The service desk staff is very helpful. Miss Uto were really nice too help us. We were assisted with a lost bag issue. She was very kind and efficient.

Fantastic stay near Shinjuku

I got a room that suited my needs perfectly. There are affordable restaurants very close. A supermarket is located below the hotel. This made it simple to get meals. I found a big Don Quijote store only 5 minutes away. the room offered a spacious layout, including a kitchenette and well designed bathroom facilities.

The air conditioner wasn't working as efficiently as it should.

Our room on the 21st floor offered fine views from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The cityscape was amazing. the suite featured separate toilet and shower facilities, allowing two people to use them privately. this was especially convenient .

Decent Location, but Disappointing Condition

The hotel's location offered easy access to Okubo station. We could also walk to Shinjuku.

I found peeling wall molding and paint throughout the room. The fitness area seemed half broken. They only provided instant coffee, not good considering the price. I thought they should have at least a pod coffee maker.

The location was convenient, close to several train stations. That was certainly useful.

The room, a 'comfort twin room cleaning every 4 days,' was smaller than i anticipated. It felt quite cramped with two people. plus, the wifi was utterly dreadful. I could barely load a webpage, let alone stream anything. it was quite annoying, especially since i needed it for work.
